Hello everyone.
It has been a while since our last update and unfortunately it will be a while still before the next true update but today we won’t go over the details of that, instead we’re announcing something else that’ll hopefully make the blog a bit more accessible and enjoyable to use.
As you might have guessed, and maybe noticed, adf.ly links are no more, all links are now direct download links.
While seeming like a good idea at the start of the blog, in the sense that it’d facilitate our growth a bit later on, employing adf.ly on the blog ended up as a pretty bad experience, we know they can be annoying to deal with and in the end the benefits didn’t make up for the inconveniences they were causing for everyone.
As such, adf.ly links are gone for good. Like mentioned previously, it’ll still be a while before the next content update but we hope this facilitates access to the already existing series.
As a side note, we’d like to thank the people who have donated to us since we have started the blog, your help has been greatly appreciated and hopefully there’ll be a time when we can employ the funds and really push the blog forward, thanks are also necessary for a certain user who helped us converting all the links back to direct links, without his help this change would have surely taken a while longer.
